Every order is carefully packaged. Your parcel will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the unique, fragile, and handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are strictly final.
Once an item has been purchased and shipped, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason (such as a change of mind).
⚠️ Exception for Transport Damage: If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of both the damaged pottery and the shipping box so we can process a solution.
